I had planned on being in San Diego this weekend revelling in geekdom with ComicCon. I didn't make it, so I will probably be posting fanboy shit that I find interesting. That is not to say that we should forget about important things such as fighting imperialism and destroying Michael Vick.

I don't know why Star Trek continually attempts to "re-invent" the franchise to gain support. It just makes loyalists upset and turns off people uninterested in any Trek.
Well, a new Star Trek film is on the way and Shatner is throwing a fuckin fit to be in it. It is going to be a "prequel" of sorts.
