New Tactic For Failure Strategy?

Two bombers attacked the Moscow subway in the name of regional secession. They killed at least 38 people. Naturally, the US military/police stepped up security on US subways.

WTF?!

As I mentioned HERE and HERE, "failure strategy" is a new tactic by which smaller forces can drain wealthy states like the US dry and create chaos among the citizenry.

Applying the lessons now learned from today's step-up in costly visible security, small forces can apparently attack less fortified institutions anywhere in the world (and apparently for any reason- especially if they claim to be Muslim) and still inflict psychological and economical damage on the USA.
