- Microsoft refused to sell Xbox 360s to the US military for training because, among other reasons, it would taint the image of the Xbox.

-Google is removing mp3 blogs even though they may not be breaking any law and certainly have not been convicted of any crime. Sorry, Google. Everyone knows free music sounds better and we will find ways around you.

-As bike thefts increase (along with usage of and demand for bikes), bike riders are showing how we can be just as, if not more, effective as police. Street justice!

- Egypt's football coach, Hassan Shehata, made clear that he would not be moving to coach Israel:
"From the moment I was born I have been hearing about the Israel that murders Arabs, that bombs, that levels towns and villages? but this is the first time I have heard that Israel plays football... "How can these Zionists think that I would take on the task of coaching a side that includes murderers of children and pensioners? How could I work to help a team that represents a nation of occupiers?"
