I did it!!
I conceived and executed (with help from Mel) chocolate/peanut butter flavored seitan.
Everyone is so unsure of this, but it just tastes like chocolate bread or a brownie. Plus, it has major protein!!

so what you're saying is, chocolate meat? That sounds fucking disgusting!
As has been brought up previously elsewhere- Wheat gluten is just like a flour. Trust me this tastes like a brownie and rules!
