Some adults in North Dakota have discovered the greatest threat to MidWestern youth: "Emo!"

Apparently, it is all based on a point system that can be found online.
You have to have black hair, tight clothes, and cut yourself.

Luckily, the ND Sheriffs Dept is going to save us.
