Blackwater/Xe seem to be the US government's extra-legal death squad.

The USA is paying right-wing Christian fundamentalists to wage war in a country that the US has not declared war on. These mercenaries are being shielded from international law by the US.
Now, the head mercenary (who may, in fact, work directly for the CIA not as a contractor) is insuring against any potential limp governmental inquiry.
Obama will have tripled the amount of US troops in Afghanistan to 100,000.
The number of mercenaries on the US payroll is already more than 100,000.
Obama is the war President.
