Don't Aim For the Chest
The maker of Taser stun guns has advised law enforcement agencies to avoid hitting suspects in the chest ("to minimize controversy").
First of all, it makes no sense to NOT aim for center mass when trying to hit a target. What are you going to aim for? The person's index finger?!
As (rightwing) blog NUGUN correctly put it:
"Tasers should be an alternative to lethal force. However, instead they have become the means of forcing submission. Even when dealing with non-violent individuals. It’s Taze first ask questions later. If someone is not immediately being obedient to every whim of the officer – taser!"

Thanks for the link. I am not rightwing. Nor am I left. Rather I consider my self to be "Up".
A libertarian...
Both the left and the right have a habit of infringing upon and removing the rights of individuals.
