The Oakland City Council has voted to have voters decide to tax ourselves for more police!
Let's all pay more taxes for more police to patrol our streets, protect richer residents' property, and apparently shoot young Black men for fun!

Forget that Oakland HAS money for more police but can't get enough people to sign up for the despicable job!!
We already know it is legal for them to lie to us.

Police brutality angers me, but what angers me more is the self hate that our brothers have for each other. FUCK OPD(rich pd..etc)! We're supposed to have each others backs and we don't!! So why would they give a fuck about us?? The priorities of our community are so fucked up.

A cousin of mine that lives in richmond was ranting a few months ago about how he couldn't be a police officer because he could never arrest or put another black man in jail, but this same dummy has beat, shot at and sold drugs to the same people he would never dream of arresting. To try and specifically answer your question-
I honestly don't know of any Black men shooting eachother for "fun."
Of course, Black on Black shootings are definitely an issue. These are by-in-large attributable to poverty (I realize that is a major simplification of all the specific reasons). So my opinion on those is a hatred of poverty and the economic system that perpetuates it.
