We all ought to be keeping an eye on the Moussaoui trial.

Moussaoui is charged with conspiracy "to murder thousands of innocent people..." WHILE HE WAS ALREADY IN CUSTODY!
Now, the case was almost dismissed and is still in jeopardy because the governemtn didn't play by its own rules.
