Bolivia: war of terrorism
A California man, Lestat Claudius de Orleans y Montevideo, was arrested in connection with the bombings in La Paz that killed 2 people.
"There is a war against terrorism by the government of the United States and they send us North Americans to do terrorism in Bolivia," Bolivian President Morales said.
"I urge the government to stop terrorists coming to kill innocents"
