Fuck Raymond Pettibon & Wikipedia

Notorious artist Raymond Pettibone raises and trains dogs for fighting like a total scumbag.

I think this is something folks ought to know about the man's character. So I added it to his wikipedia profile with a cited source.
Within hours, it was removed and I was given this message:

"Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Raymond Pettibon, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed."

While I find the info very constructive and neutrally presented, someone apparently did not.

Shane,

Do you know where I can find information about Anarchists' views on the Christian Left, and/or Liberation Theology in Latin America? Do you have any thoughts about Liberation Theology? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Can you be any more of a reactionary? Are you completely unaware of the concept of "fucking with people"? What about self-mythologizing or self-promoting?

Hey you should check out the new interview with him in Vice where he says he has a massive swastika tattoo he got in prison! (psst, hey, just so you know, he doesnt have that tattoo or has been to prison. you appear to have completely not a semblance of a clue here, so I'm spelling it out for your stupidly ignorant ass.)

Yea, Ive known Pettibon for a lot of years and his brother and close confident Greg is an animal activist. He runs programs for helping feral cat populations and has like a 100 cats himself. I am positive this is not accurate. However, I would be interested in your source.

it's definitely not true. LOL! Pettibon worked with a youth program where they would put dogs with troubled kids and the kids would hopefully learn responsibility and have something to care for and obviously gain the benefits of another creature loving them back. Oh the humanity!
