Appellate Court: Encouraging Civil Disobedience is Not Protected Speech
Publishing a website and vocally, unapologetically supporting direct action is terrorism decided a U.S. appellate court.
Supporting and promoting non-violent civil disobedience is not protected speech.

I immediately think of the rightwingers and their whining teabagging "movement" who so fear imaginary government repression that never comes down on their heads.
They are such underdogs... They had an entire network dedicated to promoting them (which can constitute a crime) and that pressured other networks to offer them coverage.
Which makes me think of...
Now we aren't fooling ourselves and we aren't naive like liberals or conservatives.
We know that the state maintains order through repression and silencing dissent. So, people get ready!
