Kaplan has the money and connections (David Horowitz & Bill O'Reilly) and firmly believes that any support of Palestinians amounts to terrorism and wanting to destroy USA.
He infiltrates anti-Zionist groups/events and shares information with Israel to bar people from entering that country.
(Isn't it illegal to aid a foreign government?)
